At the beginning of EVA 3 Irwin and Scott took a series of “tourist” photographs of each other with the American flag in the splendid lunarscape of Hadley landing site. Few Apollo photographs have been reproduced more often than this color photo of Irwin, the American flag, the Rover, the LM and Mount Hadley Delta.
Numbered to upper margin 'NASA AS15-88-11866' with 'A Kodak Paper' watermarks to verso.
