According to Falkenstein, in a letter to Giorgio Upiglio at Grafica Uno, Milan, Italy dated May 23, 1968, the set was inspired by calla lilies.
Signed and numbered to left edge of each work ‘Claire Falkenstein 4/50’, ‘Claire Falkenstein 23/60’ and ‘Claire Falkenstein 18/60’. These works are numbers 4 from the edition of 50 and 18 and 23 from the editions of 60 printed by Grafica Uno, Milan.
