Los Angeles Modern Auctions Offers Lifelong Collections from Original Owners in December 6th, 20th Century Design and Fine Art Sale.

Van Nuys, California 31 August 2009 – Los Angeles Modern Auctions (LAMA) announces the date for its final auction of 2009:Sunday, December 6th, 2009 at 12pm (Noon). The 20th Century Design and Fine Art auction is to be the final of the year following the very successful June 7, 2009 auction.

As L.A.’s only Modern Art and Design Auction House solely dedicated to this field, LAMA takes pride in offering high quality items from the 20th Century ranging from furniture, prints, sculpture, and other decorative objects.

Highlights will include:

  • Fine Art:
    Mike Bidlo painting “Not Pollock”, Francesco Clemente sculpture, Takashi Murakami Multiple, Al Held painting, Ruth Asawa sculpture, Jeff Koons unique BCAM Egg, Alberto Giacometti drawings, Diego Giacometti table lamps from collection of Michael Taylor
  • Ceramics:
