Two Lots Added to the May 19th Auction: Calder Brooch and Warhol Print
The May 19, 2013 Modern Art & Design Auction just saw an addition of two stellar lots. The auction now offers 470 lots of Modern Fine Art and Design. The two additional lots are:
The Calder brooch, with the initials “CB”, was made for Connie Breuer, the wife of architect Marcel Breuer. It has remained in the family since it was created. The Warhol print of Edward Kennedy was just consigned by a staff member of the “Kennedy for President Committee” in 1980.
